Household waste or plastic is put into the main furnace and sealed for catalytic cracking. After gasification, the oil and gas packets enter the condenser in sequence and condense into liquid oil, which is stored in the transfer tank. After purification, the uncooled gas enters the collection and recovery system and returns to the fuel chamber as production fuel; The carbon black residue is discharged after cooling. The entire process from feeding to slagging has no emissions.

Gas treatment during the production process: The gas generated during the production process accounts for about 3-10% of the total amount of oil, with high heat and strong pollution, and cannot be directly discharged. We use a gas recovery device to purify all gases for dechlorination, and then recycle them back to the combustion chamber for fuel use. This not only avoids pollution, but also avoids resource waste, greatly saving production costs. Of course, if necessary, these gases can also be collected and compressed for use in natural gas power generation or sold in the market.

This process adopts the principle of low-temperature cracking. The normal cracking temperature is between 0 ° C and 400 ° C. Throughout the entire production process, the pressure is a slight negative pressure. In addition, gas purifiers are also used in the new design, resulting in cleaner and more environmentally friendly exhaust gases.
