1.Working Theory of Waste Treatment Equipment

The crushed domestic garbage or the pulverized small rubber block (recommended not more than 5cm, the smaller the better, preferably not including steel wire) or the plastic is automatically transferred to the feeder of the main furnace, sealed into the main furnace for catalytic cracking After gasification, the oil gas subgas package enters the three condensers in sequence to be condensed into liquid oil and is stored in the transfer tank. The non-cooled gas is purified and then enters the collection and recovery system and returns to the fuel chamber to serve as fuel for production; while the carbon residue portion passes through The slag discharger is separated from the furnace body and stored in the carbon black storage tank under the action of negative pressure collection for use. The entire process runs from feed to slagging, and the oil is continuously discharged without any emissions.

Gas treatment in the production process: The gas produced in the production process is about 3~10% of the total amount of oil, and the heat is large, the pollution is strong, and it cannot be directly discharged. We use a gas recovery device to purify all the gases for dechlorination and then recycle them to the combustion chamber for fuel use, which not only avoids pollution, but also avoids waste of resources and greatly saves production costs. Of course, if necessary, these gases can also be collected and compressed for gas power generation or for sale in the market.

This process uses the principle of low temperature cracking. The normal cracking temperature is 0 °C ~ 400 °C. During the whole production process, the pressure is micro negative pressure. Moreover, the gas purifier is also used in the new design, and the flue gas emitted at the end is more clean and more environmentally friendly.

4.Our Advantages

5. Self-developed chemical accelerator of our company increases the oil yield by 3%-8%.

6. Adopting a new exhaust gas purification system can make the gas emitted after purification meet the relevant national emission standards.

7. Excess combustible gas is dehydrated and desulfurized by the purification system and then stored in a gas storage tank after compression by a special gas compressor, which can be used for heating later, and can also be supplied to gas generators for use or sale.

8. The main furnace uses more convection vents and rapid cooling devices, so that its temperature drops below 100 degrees within three hours.
