     Waste tires, festive plastics, oil residue, etc. are catalytically dissolved into oil vapor, which is then cooled into fuel oil, and crude carbon black is obtained at the same time. The biggest advantage of the two-in-one equipment is that it can produce continuously, and when the main furnace 1 is running, the main furnace 2 can carry out the charging step. Then when the main furnace 1 is completely pyrolyzed, close the valve between the steam drum and the condenser of furnace 1, open valve 2, and let furnace 2 start running. Furnace No. 1 cools for about three hours to remove slag. And vice versa, this allows for uninterrupted continuous production throughout the day. The advantages of vertical cooling equipment are: because the vertical cooling is a condenser, the condenser sticky wall phenomenon that occurs in the long-term operation of the equipment will slide down due to the influence of gravity, greatly extending the maintenance cycle. Packaging and transportation: The spirit melting equipment needs 2 frames, 2 40 feet high cabinets (foreign transportation). The advantage of vertical condenser is that it is convenient for transportation abroad and can be disassembled and loaded into containers. It can greatly save transportation costs.

6. Adopting a new exhaust gas purification system can make the gas emitted after purification meet the relevant national emission standards.

7. Excess combustible gas is dehydrated and desulfurized by the purification system and then stored in a gas storage tank after compression by a special gas compressor, which can be used for heating later, and can also be supplied to gas generators for use or sale.

8. The main furnace uses more convection vents and rapid cooling devices, so that its temperature drops below 100 degrees within three hours.
